The cleanliness is impressive—the food truck is sheltered in a garage, and even the tires look spotless. The menu is straightforward, but every dish is a standout. One of the highlights is the croquettes with gravy, a special that’s so flavorful it’s unforgettable. If it’s midweek or later and you’re nearby, it’s worth stopping in. Even if you’re not hungry, the short wait for your order will quickly change that.
